Inside Units

All units come with all kitchen supplies.

Ex: 4 plates, 4 bowls. 4 cups, 4 mugs, cutting board, food storage container, coffee maker, coffee liner, some cooking utensils, silverware sets of 4’s.

We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Outside Units

We supply Hitch 2 5/16, weight Distribution and Sway bar.

Be sure you have a 2in receiver available to insert our hitch.

You will need a functional 7-way trailer plug.

Dumping hose, water hose with regulator, electricity cord with surge protector.

*Convivence Package - INCLUDES FITTED SHEETS, COMFORTER, PILLOW WITH PILLOWCASES. 4 BATH TOWELS 2 HAND TOWELS 1 KITCHEN TOWEL $45

*Early pickup night before between 3-4pm $70 (When available) Excludes our motorhome.

*Propane tank filled: $25

*Generator- $30

*Dumping Fee: $100 per tank.
